For once we agree.... ONCE. THE entire team is under fire FROM COACHES AND FANS. They aren't posting poor pitiful me crap .... We have future NFL PROSPECTS being iced to scout team but by all means.

One thing that I have observed, from having several of my immediate and extended family members undergoing major and ongoing health issues over the past year is that stress sucks. I kind of wonder if that may be some of what he's going through, not that people excuse job performance issues because of it. One thing which was fairly obvious from watching the game on TV last week was that the much discussed lack of conditioning was taking its toll. You can't overcome that kind of problem mid season. I hope we see Dajon at QB for a long time, but the off season, off field work is needed.

THE entire team is under fire FROM COACHES AND FANS. They aren't posting poor pitiful me crap .... We have future NFL PROSPECTS being iced to scout team but by all means..... Cry on twitter, DW. It IS IN FACT- your show. Get your head out of your self- glorified butt and listen to your coaches! Quit with the pity me BS. You HAVE AN ENTITE TEAM RELYING ON YOU and you threaten to quit because you may have to work a little bit harder? Please continue to call yourself a leader....

WOULD everyone be even talking about this if there was anyone even a hair less better to replace him? ANYONE?

Do not make excuses for this crap. For anyone that thinks that this was not football related- I appreciate your positive outlook, but you're kidding yourself.

If you really see this as AN ACCEPTABLE mentality in a starter- then we've got bigger problems than THIS season.

Stop it. And here I thought that we were done with this crap at UNT- rebuilding year or not.

Who cares what a 19 year old red shirt freshman thinks.

Its sad he's in this position in the first place. He should be doing mop up duty in blowouts, but he is thrown in the fire to lead a whole football program.

Im not feeling sorry for him though.

The same people who want to make DT a hero and a dodge recruiting success, where are you? It took DT 5 years to become a UNT HOF and ride out of here on his white horse. DT lovers shouldnt even comment on DW till year 4.

DW should have been getting reps in those blowouts last year. We would still be in trouble because our defense is trash, but he would have had more experience and know more of the playbook.

Alright, the problem with this post is that all of us here assume that you are close enough to the players that you are able to truly translate those two stupid tweets (which could just as easily mean what UNT 90 Grad said above, "I'm starting not to care that my back is against the wall") b/c your brother has TOLD you that DW is going around sulking at practice and looks like (or says) he's quitting on the team.

If that is not the case, you're helping about as much as the numbnuts grown man that follows all these kids on twitter and spreads stupid tweets onto this board.
