Hoping it's better than that, and if Benford wants to stay around, it needs to be better than that, but this is what I predict from a Benford-coached team.

It looks like I am going 10-2 

We would for sure go 10-2 if Frazier was in the mix to start the season, but we still bring back some solid players. By the end of it Combs could be the best post player in the leauge and Reese and Frazier the best backcourt. I wish we could see two full seasons of Reese and Frazier together.

9-3, but I have a couple questions: Is the Sull Ross game legit or an exhibition?  Also, because the Sam Houston State game is 12/17 (2 days after finals end), I'm assuming that Frazier will be eligible?  I have that matchup as kind of a toss up even with him, so if he isn't slated to play I'll change that to a loss.

Good point on Sul Ross. Which reminds me, don't we usually have two exhibition games?

Sul Ross and Texas College both count as real games just like Jarvis Christian, etc. last year.

This is our official 12 game OOC schedule. I'm sure there will be one closed door scrimmage against a semi local team and then one at home against a d2 opponent.

That's a bit dillusional my man.  UTA will beat us by 40 IF Cross decides to call the dogs off.

I'm take NT and 40.   No one is as positive about NT basketball as Andrew, but I think NT is going to surprise a lot of people this year.   I can see a 8-4 oc season which with 9 home games should be relatively easy.

Except for when UTA plays here, the Super Pit will not have 2000 people inside the building for any of those home games, not even 1000 for Sul Ross or Texas College.

One of the most embarrassing schedules I've ever seen the Super Pit host--which is really saying something. RV told the potential season ticket buyer that the biggest game we can schedule here is against UTA. Although I wouldn't have put it past him to have tried to say we are playing TEXAS (college) & San Diego State!!

The list above is just my gut reaction based upon minor research, last year's records, and not much else.  That tells me we should finish 9-3....But

Potentially, we should end up the out of conference schedule with 1 loss @ Tech, but with Benford on the bench I bet we are around .500.  Our players deserve so much better.

Well maybe if we beat Rutgers and turn it around my 10-2 will look good again haha. At this point just rollthat ball out there and let the point run the offense and players communicate what they want on the floor. We need to stay in man D all game and let the players get rolling on offense (shoot the ball). At the half Drexel had something like 15 more shots than we did.
