I've always thought they ought to hand out stickers of "talons" or "wings" or maybe the new "son of worm" for good plays.

The 3D talon would work, and would actually put it to some use.

I'd think the helmet decal would be the same one from last season, with the space between the letters and the outline.

IF a white helmet would really help a quarterback locate his receivers, as has been mentioned earlier, then I'm in favor of a white helmet.

But from a purely aesthetic perspective, I much prefer a green helmet. The Mean Green should have a green helmet. Unless we can win more with a white one.

I really wish we would just use the same uniforms and the same logos and keep it that way, but for the love of god can we get rid of the block script? I don't mind the white helmets, but put some sort of a logo on it.

My favorite so far was the Michigan wolverine look-a-like helmet using the son of the worm.

I couldn't agree more. I HATE the block logo. I like the new SOW logo. The current helmets are such a lame look. The uni's as a whole look good, but our helmet is weak. You know, we haven't had much success with the block letters. The last winning season we had was with the script logo. Just food for thought.

But see, whether as a reward sticker or primary logo, these great ideas would require actually USING the incredibly awesome son-of-worm, which we know this football team doesn't do. The uniforms, the 50 yard line... nothing, nada, zip. We finally have a recognizable, eye-catching, timeless looking logo. Problem is, we decided not to really use it for some reason. How on earth will anyone ever really recognize the thing if we don't use it?
