How about after two halves?   Did he look prepared to you?  Did he make the right decisions?  Did he put players in the right place to make plays?  Were football fundamentals we displayed acceptable?  Did he put us in a position to win?

Could’ve had Justin Fuente.   Decided to go with a “Texas Guy”…    I love Texas like most here, but I’d take a North Korean coach if he had proven success at our level.

Now we’re “Rebuilding”, and I’m genuinely worried about the game in Ruston in 2 weeks.     FIU is really bad y’all.   If we struggle with them, we’re likely only a 2-win team…. But I bet we go down there & mop the floor with them.

True, but just saying that was one of the most overhyped and underperforming starts I have ever seen. We looked completely outmatched, underprepared, undersized and out coached. 

There were no positive take aways from that game, which has a very familiar ring to it.

Did Todd Dodge or SL host a P5 team first game? I don't think so.
