Shitty fans for a shitty Administration.

I am confused by this post and your response, Mr. Shaft, sir.

Is the post saying good riddance to everybody or just Seth?

Are you calling the original poster [bleep] or the angry commenters who responded [bleep]?

And who is the administration? Smatresk?

Good riddance to that era of UNT football:

The perpetual bowl losses, Aune spiking balls when it matters, Phil Bennett’s yellow shirt and big mouth, the defense’s lack of talent/discipline, the basic high school passing route trees. All of it.

Goodbye. Won’t miss it. And if there are any players from this era hitting the portal, I won’t miss them either.

This was exactly the same thing we saw last year.  They coached around Aune's limitations in stretches and weather aided them against UTSA in 2021.  So I would bash the players or coaches because the administration knew exactly what we were going to see this year.   And since they slightly exceeded expectations and the no division structure of  CUSA  got us in the championship game, Seth got the whole season.    They doubled down on the mistake of the 2nd extension by letting him coach all of 2022.   There is no perfect time to fire a head coach. There are only bad times and worse times.  They choose the worst opportunity that presented itself going back to the middle of 2021 season.
