If Seth defeats UTSA in SA

He should be given a 2 year extension.  We will be guaranteed another bowl basically and he will have shown his ability as a coach.

And if he lost every game after and went 5-7 what then? Oh well, at least we beat UTSA? Making a choice like that with so much season left would be a huge mistake. Let's see where the season goes, IMO it should be 8-4 to warrant him being here next year.

Only thing that will do for me is stop saying he should be fired every week. Stop with this extension talk. How can someone go from basically already fired to an extension.  He has time on his contract.

If Seth can have a great year he gets a 2 year extension with a low buy out. Besides his record this year there is a variable in play and that is crowd size and support. Wren had to be disappointed with the game attendance.

Why extend him. This makes no sense.  He's been bad for 4 years. 1 decent yr against a soft schedule doesn't warrant an extension. The extension is why we're stuck with him now.

UTSA, UAB , WKY is not a soft schedule. This is a run that will make or break him. UTSA is vulnerable because of the injuries to their OL.

Teams that are definitely better than us, but all of them beatable if we run the way we did yesterday.

I’m very excited to see what happens.

If you keep him you have to give him an extension. You can’t recruit with a 1 year contract. Just the facts, something that you missed?

If he is as bad a recruiter as some seem to think, it would make no difference at all.  It could be like DD recruiting, just wait till about every other team has given out their ships and pick from what is left.

Plus with the transfer pool, traditional recruiting is long gone.  Squads can be turned around in a hurry.  NIL money rules, and all the other factors including coaches are secondary.

NT has a lot to offer compared to most G5's including location, facilities and academic choices.  Whether Littrell is here next year or not, NT should continue to grow as a football program.

Very tough two games coming up. UTSA and WKU on the road will be challenging.

The remaining schedule is tough except for FIU. But even FIU has improved recently.

For me, Seth should win out the remaining schedule and win the C-USA championship to get a new contract.

That bar is insanity lmao
