I’m not worried at all. I believe Stone Earle can do the job with more reps and coaching.

Todd Dodge was woefully underprepared to be a FBS head coach in 2007 but he did learn, improve, and adjust as time went on. It just didn’t happen fast enough to prevent his firing.

Dodge's skill was coaching offense and his son was QB so it was obvious that is where his loyalty was first.  He tried to outscore teams.  After a couple years of that not working so well in the W/L category he tried to change a little, but too late. 

I liked Dodge and he brought a ton of media to NT when he was hired.  He had good intentions for the program but his worst decision was to bring all his HS level coaches with him to the college level.  Major fail early, then too late.
