Right now it is looking like UNT is a better team than TCU. Rain or not, both teams are playing in the same elements. If TCU is so much better, they should be winning. The fact that they are being taken to the woodshed right now speaks volumes of how good UNT really is. I am loving it. Never thought I would cheer for SMU, but Goooo SMU!

Exactly!  I imagine a few of their SMUg fans sitting in the stands, up 9-0, and high-fiving each other as they say “that NTSU game was a fluke!”

A few thoughts:

1. SMU defense IS much improved.  They stalled us out early but were on the field ALL NIGHT cause their offense was so bad.  

2. TCU will run away with this - storm delays are weird for teams.  

3.  Neither of those things take away from how good I think we are right now.  Last Saturday was the most mature win I’ve seen since I got to Denton in 05.  I hope we stay that focused this week against someone we have no business losing to.   Handle business and get on to Fayetteville where we should do the same and act like it’s no big deal and move on to the next week.

TCU finally done letting SMU thinking they have a  chance lol.

Also, the stands are all purple. When SMUt has plays Houston Baptist at home. You're going to be able to hear somebody fart on the other side of the stadium.
