Yes, I noticed that there was no mention of our CUSA rivals but this is a GREAT thing. It means, at least in theory, that UNT students are 1) getting team spirit (11 out of 10!), and 2) they see UNT as the same "level" as other D1 Texas teams, including longwhorns, aggies, my little ponies, and whorn frogs. Great to see the zeitgeist of UNT changing!

I am breaking the rules but I know that a lot of you don't get over to the Eagles Nest as often as you would like to. I moved this to the Football Forum just so it would get a bit more publicity.

Honestly, I like it for the school spirit and the fact that it shows what I've been preaching as a student for years now. UNT is #1 choice for students, the pride is huge and we see ourselves on the same level as the bigger Texas schools.
