Portal WR Tommy Bush - UGa
Y'all... this guy has only played in 3 games his entire career (3 seasons). 1 catch for 1 yard in an absolute blowout VS GATech. At some point, you have to stop looking at High School "stars", and start looking at production against peer institutions. If he comes here, he's got his work cut out for him because Shorter & Simpson are legit, and I think Loronzo Thompson is going to come back to the offensive side this season and tear it up. -

UTSA, IMO, is the one team I think is prime to get someone early. but I can't imagine them winning 2 or 3 games. Just not enough depth on paper to sustain the level of play needed. -

DRC: North Texas offseason questions series No. 5 -- How will UNT's quarterback battle play out?
Prediction: Aune starts against NWSt., and if he does well (which he probably will), he'll start VS SMU. His leash will be short if he struggles and Ruder will get a chance to come in and win the job. If Aune does well VS SMU, he'll be the starter the remainder of the year. If Ruder comes in & can't win the job, we're likely stuck with the 2-QB rotation we had last year... except that both QBs are the same mold, so it won't add any difficulty for opposing defenses to prepare for like Bean did. -
