If they are keeping it a secret, will it not be anticlimactic when people see the team pre-game in them? Hopefully, they are unveiled w/ fog coming out of the tunnel. Even if they reveal them at the start, you can see them waiting outside the AD which would also be anticlimactic.

Usually they will warm up in one uni, and then change into the new one.

If we really think keeping the "reveal" until kickoff is going to translate to more people going, then yeah. But I really don't see many people saying "well the only reason I'm going is to see what that damn uniform looks like!". Instead I see people maybe catching a glimpse and generating interest that was previously not there.

Possibly, but you will DEFINITELY have a bigger crowd at kickoff, when the cameras are looking at the crowd if people have never seen the uni's before

Just do what I did.
