Breaking: North Texas lands UNLV Transfer Safety Phil Hill

Missed 2022 due to injury. Medically cleared now. Played HS ball for Drew Svobado and played at UNLV under Clay Jennings. When healthy he has ability to be all conference safety. Low risk gamble on a position of need. Especially in the Iowa State D. Has two years of eligibility left.

Not to diminish what Morris is doing but that is blatantly disrespectful to some of our transfer players that are still around.

You could say the same thing for Larry Moore and some others from this class. Don’t speak in absolutes. Everything Littrell doesn’t have to equal bad and everything Morris doesn’t have to equal good. This transfer class looks great so far, on that we agree, but you don’t have to piss on all prior classes just because they came under the former head coach.

nobody has pissed on previous classes. Made the statement that morris has gained d1 talent that has actually played.

… and then compared to Littrell, insinuating he didn’t… even though Littrell brought in a highly-rated/productive DB (way higher than Mr. Hill) coming off injury like Hill, who played, but not well while here.  
How ‘bout the productive QB coming off injury?    
I hope Mr. Hill can play for us.  We’re pretty thin at Safety, so it’s certainly worth the risk.
