Punting at midfield down two scores in the second half of a bowl game is the Littrell Era in a nutshell.7 points

I think I’m ready to move on. It’s not that we lost; it’s that it wasn’t even competitive against a dog of a team. That’s unforgivable.6 points

Another loss and more proof SL should never be a head coach again6 points

Must have got an agent. I think in both of their cases, they would be better served having a good bowl game, then avoiding a remote change of significant injury. Nether of these guys are likely to even be drafted, I don't get it.6 points

MiamiO just sat on the run and dared Aune and the NT passing attack to beat ‘em. Aune should be no higher than 3rd string QB if he comes back next year.5 points

Run the mother effing football and kick the 3. Didn't know it took 2mil a year to figure that out. 2nd and 10 from the 14, pass, incomplete. 3rd and 10 from the 14, pass, pick. Awesome. Check, cashed.5 points

Done with Aune. Thank you for your contributions to this point but please "retire" and move on with your life5 points

Miami is completely selling out to stop the run (as they should). They are putting everyone in the box and going single coverage. We should have guys wide open all over the place. They are making Aune beat them. And, of course, Aune is not consistent enough for that.5 points

Another big disappointment. A coaching change must be made. Seth was given many opportunities and had the support from the Administration and funding. He did not and will not deliver the results needed. I trust Wren will take the appropriate action.4 points

I am virtually joining the fans shuffling out of the stadium. This sucks. Our team is terrible. Now I know how UTSA fans feel.4 points

The tradition-steeped Rose Bowl is considered the “Granddaddy of them all.” But the hastily arranged Frisco Football Classic, which kicks off Thursday in the same stadium that on Tuesday hosted the Frisco Bowl, says far more about what’s driving the proliferation of postseason games.Yep The Frisco Football Classic was ginned up the week before this season’s bowl pairings were announced to solve a thorny problem that arose when 83 teams finished the regular season with at least six wins. That was one too many bowl-eligible teams for the 82 slots in the 41 preapproved bowls. So ESPN Events, which owns and operates more than one-third of the bowl games, huddled with the conferences that stood to lose out and proposed a 42nd bowl. With the NCAA’s Football Oversight Committee agreeing Dec. 2 to waive a deadline for certifying bowl games that had passed eight months before, a new bowl was born virtually overnight. read more: https://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/2021/12/22/frisco-football-classic/4 points

6-6 and .500 after 6 seasons is not my standard for "very well". We should blow out Miami OH. They are also a 6-6 teams with only one win over a winning team... and our Frisco Bowl is basically a home game for us. And a 7-8 win team in C-USA next season, still wouldn't be good enough to finish better than middle of the pack in the American. The winning streak just fooled some people around here into believing things have changed. The data proves Littrell hasn't been a successful coach in C-USA, which means there is almost no chance Seth can be a winner in the American. So there is no good reason to keep him.4 points

I, for one, would like to thank Littrell for leaving no doubt he isn't the coach to lead us to future success3 points

Seth needs to go. He has reached his apex at UNT. I don’t care if he wins this game. He can’t recruit a decent qb and we will get killed in the ACC.3 points

We got lucky to find Mason. Seth has shown ZERO ability to recruit or develop a QB3 points

Covid doesn't give af if people give af. There were 243,000 new cases in the U.S. yesterday. I can't blame anybody for not going to public events right now, particularly if they or their loved ones have serious health conditions making them extra vulnerable to Covid.3 points

Aune is going to cost us the game. I cringe every time he drops back to throw. Just cost us 3 points.3 points

These score predictions seem unnecessarily high in our favor. They do have a good run defense, a good quarterback for G5 level and at least one very good WR. I don't know how this will play out but confused by the confidence because history says we will fall flat on our face today, hope I'm wrong.3 points

So true. SMU wants to exploit Dallas, but the parasitic Park Cities residents use all the infrastructure and amenities of Dallas without contributing to the city's tax base. The cursive DALLAS across their chests should be written with a tape worm.3 points

Thought is was BS. We know you want the be the High School Coaches' "buddy" but support your own damn team on the sideline. He seems to be the gimmick master (also not a fan of the 210 on the helmets)3 points

Our tailgate team is part of this pregame party. There has been a lot of planning as to how we are going to feed and drink 5000 people. Lets just say I think the "group of alumni cooking" are going to pull it off. As for us, we are going to have a "Western Son Vodka bloody mary bar" Free to all until we run out of course, and we have a sh** ton of vodka. As well as our usual bbq in expanded quantities. I would love to metaphorically leave Frisco in ashes. GO MEAN GREEN!!!!!!!3 points
