Not necessarily, that depends on whether the recruit's decision is driven by the coach or the school. 

I don't see Littrell's charisma being a big driver in recruiting.  I just don't see many players turning down a ship to NT solely because the head coach does not have over 1 year left on his contract. 

With that logic, very successful coaches would have a hard time recruiting because it is likely they are going to move on to a better job.

I feel a lot better about the reverses with our QBs leading the way

I like the video but one think I noticed that I did not see with our guys this year.  The receivers in the video were able to get some separation  from the defenders.   That makes it easier to throw the ball.
