Glad Stone was able to come back in overtime with several big plays to make up for the missed box out at the end of regulation. They just find a way to win.

Coach McCasland is the best thing to ever happen to to NT sports. (I say the same thing about Coach Bennett at Virginia - my 'second college' - and he got us a national championship.) What he and his teams are doing is absolutely amazing and I am very proud of wins like this one in old El Paso.

Stone gets game ball. Perry comes through when needed. Huntsberry continues to shine. Sissoko best game? Eady with critical free throws in OT Ousmane beneficiary of some very questionable foul calls Jones with another solid game El Paso is a hard place to play and they were super tough tonight

I love this team . My future cardiologist will love this team.

It’s not that the school isn’t behind them. Athletic center expansion is first priority, and for good reason- we’ve outgrown our current one. they’re not just adding sports to add them. They’re ensuring the infrastructure is there to support other sports

I love following players as they move on. But he isn’t one of them.

This team is deeper than we’ve had in the past and that’s a really good thing for us coming down the stretch.

We all know our only real chance is winning the conference tournament. Big conferences will always get the at large spots. It sucks but maybe going to the AAC will help. Just keep getting better.

Dude literally had a hard penalty was kicked out of the game and flipped off the crowd on the way out...f this dude.

We held firm at 46. Charlotte is up to 111, which is the 4th highest NET in CUSA. A Quad 2 win would be nice here, especially if we could win by a decent margin.

I was so excited about the win it made me forget that this was the worst called game I've seen all year. Every home announcer is going to favor their team, but these guys were straight up homers. Whining about every call, I specifically remember the play where Ousmane and two UTEP guys fell going for the a rebound, and they were saying it was a foul. They showed the replay and the guy's own teammate hit him going down, but they still talked about Ousman fouling him. Oh and they were asking, "Why is that ref blowing his whistle. It seems suspicious that McCasland just talked to him and they get a foul."Knowing you are on a broadcast stream with both sets of fans watching have some gd integrity and dial it back a bit.

You could hear UTEP fans yelling at the refs. The TV announcers said they warned a fan that he would be thrown out if he did not stop his criticism. I remember one badly called game from a few years back when I yelled out "Those stripes should be horizontal" and immediately one of the refs looked up at my section. I wondered at the time if they have the authority to throw fans out.

Terrible reffing all around. Can't even fight for the ball without getting it called a foul. The technical really made the refs whistle happy.

Good guys win despite the supposed "trash bag" uniform curse. Sissoko showed some potential. Poor defense at times but had enough good moments to be a positive contributor. Stone had a great game overall. What really has been great is the emergence of Huntsberry after a slow start. Last year, we would have greatly struggled with a cold Perry. Not this year with Huntsberry as a second option. His play allowed us to climb back in just enough to give Perry a chance to shine and shine he did. UTEP always makes me nervous, be it basketball or football. Glad we could get this win.

Sissoko plays a lot bigger than his 6’9” frame. Like the way he’s developed this season.

At-large bid hopes still alive but I want more.

I haven't been thinking about trying to get the 1 seed. I think it's wild to suggest this FAU team is going to lose the games we would need for that to happen. I've just been hung up on holding serve at the 2. I get it though: it would be nice to be opposite FAU and UAB.

I haven’t watched a lot of UTEP basketball but is this the way they always play? They’re upset on some of the foul calls but man they are wildassed on defense. SUPER aggressive and it seems like they foul everyone with the ball. And push off on rebounds
