Dalen is a little vertically challenged, but has very quick feet. Spend a year lifting weights to add a little bulk and upper body strength and he might have a little something. Like his athleticism for a DT/NG. If you squint your eyes just right, and let you imagination run a little wild... well that may be asking a bit much, but does look very athletic for a man of sizeable girth.

Rivals page show interest from several CUSA schools, but only offer so far is from FCS:

WOW!!!! Dalen is an animal.. at one point he drops back to the middle of the field on a prevent type defense and absolutely levels the kid after he catches the ball. His height might be a little factor but his motor along with he athletic ability more than makes up for it.. How tall was Brandon "Booger" Kennedy??

Wow! A 300-pound noseguard from a 6A DFW high school with the athleticism to break off long runs as a running back... and no Big 12 offers?!! Has this kid been arrested for murder? Did he punch the school principal? Does he smoke big fat J's as he walks from class to class? We need to offer this kid if he isn't a serial killer.

He does look vaguely similar to somebody...........

Although it was only a three minute highlight video, I love what I have seen of this kid.

Hell, sign this kid. Package deal: have him bring the girls basketball coach with him to take over North Texas WBB.

If he is that good and has no D1 offers, there is a reason.

He plays for a 6A Dallas area school, not a 1A somewhere in the Davis Mountains.

Being that he is defensive MVP of his district, it's obvious talent isn't a problem, which leads one to wonder about his ability to qualify (Grades).

If no one offers and grades are the reason, he will head to a JUCO. Can't hurt to build a relationship, though.
