Ball State @ Northern Illinois (Tonight)

Hard for me...I'd love Ball State to win because of the team you mentioned, but I'd like to see a Non power league school in a big bowl game...and Fresno and NIU are the only shots we have to pull for the little guy in a BCS game. I'll probably pull for Ball State, but it's a tough call (for me).

Even tho I think they overrated, Fresno should win out

you are right -- NIU winning probably helps us get a bigger conf team in our bowl. But Ball State winning helps our ranking. I'm still pulling for the cards.

easy! Which win will help UNT?

Welcome to the Liberty Bowl UNT vs Tenn. Guys this UNT is favored by 3 points today. Coming into today's UNT is 10-3 winning 8 straight, they already beat the MAC champion this year, 6-0 at home with 4 of those wins wins over bowl eligible teams. Hey Lou these guys played well between the hedges for 3 quarters.

It may not help as much as other previous opponents losses might hurt. It's really tough to say how all the numbers will crunch. I'd think a Georgia win this weekend would help our cause more than a Ball State win would. If both go our way, I'd imagine it'd help a lot.

Maybe I should have capitalized ALREADY BEAT THE MAC CHAMPION. With the Sunbelt being the bottom conference and the MWC perceived to be the best non BCS conference the MAC and C-USA need every notch on their belt that they can get.

Right now in the RPI, unfortunately CUSA is the lowest rated of the FBS conferences.
