RV got the job because he met the qualifications for our AD job when hired--not because he was Latino.

Now to celebrate him for being a Latino who was chosen from numerous applicants

and he being the one who got our AD job is the real reason to, uh....celebrate, IMHO.

Nevertheless, congrats for the award, RV.
