Tulsa? They play everyone else in our conference

Wichita State

UAB

New Mexico

Valpo

Xavier

UTEP

Missouri State

And quite a few others. Basically any school with an RPI under 100 and willing to do a home and home, I say let's do it.

When will North Texas get an invite to a preseason tourny???????

We played 7 of our regular season games against Texas D-1 basketball teams. That's all but 4 of our D-1 non conference schedule and 1/4th of our total schedule.

since TCU is now in the Big East...perhaps the powers can schedule some B.E. teams to swing by Denton on their way back home. Makes sense to me.

UNT keeps winning, and it's actually gonna' get harder to schedule home and homes for a few years. Johnny's gonna' have to become a bit of a road warrior and take down a few more LSUs, then the fun in Denton can begin.
