Time: Depends on how fast I can get out of OKC and to Denton. I think setup around 1pm.

What: Smoked chopped beef sandwiches. Smoking the brisket all day Friday.

Homemade potato salad and other sundries.

Maybe some homebrew, depending on my energy level -- otherwise Shiner in a can.

Where: In front of the 'Dillo.

North side of Blue lot. Will be doing brats, steak. chicken, and maybe ribs. Working with a small gas grill, and last week the ribs almost burned down the tailgate!! Wish I had one of those tow behind grill/smoker combos. Plenty of can beer.

Stop by the blk expedition with the almni flag (and also sporting a new Green Texas flag) for some free food and beer.

Steak on a stick & a brisket thats smoking as we speak for sliced brisket sandwhiches.

Crown Royal by the half gallon and plenty of beer...10-15 friends and family...

I would like to get a GMG line-up in the Blue lot and have a Taste of Green.

I'll be grilling up my own rendition of the Chili's Montery Chicken (grilled chicken topped with bacon, BBQ sauce, melted mixed cheese, tomotoes, and chives). Cold beer in green cans...maybe Rolling Rock...except that has a blue horse on it.

I'll be there around 2pm.

Brisket is on the smoker... It should be a perfect day to keep the smoker at the stable 225 degrees.

Tailgating was great yesterday just about as perfect as you could ask for, maybe a couple of degrees cooler. We had a great group in the parking lot, a whole butt load of food, beer and more.

Glad to meet a few guys from the board, Sumg and Texas Stranger. Come back anytime.
