So am I to assume that you misspoke when you said Huckabee was "crooked"?

I saw the ad on CNN or something before it actually debuted on TV. I thought it was a joke. One of the funniest things I've ever seen.

Not sure whether its working or not, but Huckabee is certainly poised to pull an upset in Iowa. Then again, so did Pat Robertson with a similar profile in 1988, and it got him nowhere.

True, but Pat Robertson is an even bigger douche than Huckabee appears to be.

My parents donated to the 700 club for years, think they moved up to like the 2500 or 5000 club or something like that. Then they found out how rich the man was and were like, "uh, how much of his own money goes into this?" They gave that man much more than the couple thousand they contributed to my college education. The only difference between him and the "dirty" evangelists is that he's been careful to make sure everything is spent on "business expenses", even if it means "business perks". Props to Pat Robertson for having good accountants...and not going on shopping sprees.
