Oregon's new unis (again)

is that diamond plate print on the sholders and knees? Also, I am pretty sure that the one in the Yellow pants is a girl. I am not going to go any further to explain my theory.

Just say those 2 magic words:

I'm from Oregon and most Duck fans around here are as baffled as you guys.

ESPN.com's Uni Watch said it best in their 2005 in review issue.

Nov. 19: The Oregon Ducks are bored. And who can blame them? The season is 10 games old and they've worn only seven different uniforms (this, this, this, this, this, this and this). Bold action is clearly needed. "Hey," somebody says, "how about if we get Nike to make us the stupidest uniforms in football history?" And that's exactly what happens, much to everyone's satisfaction. The next day, ducks form picket lines at ponds across Oregon to protest the sullying of their good name and Phil Knight's soul pulls an inside straight against Satan.

P.S. - We're still laughing about your 30-27 win over Oregon State in '95.

Another poster touched on it already. I heard several years ago Phil Knight is an alum of Oregon. Can you say blank check for athletics? That has to be a huge recruiting pitch for the Ducks.

Yeah, he ran track for UO in the 70s. There's essentially a Nike library, Nike law school, intramural fields made of ground up shoes, and of course, every athletic facility upgrade has swooshes all over it.
