My requirements:

1.  No names on shirts.  Don't really care who you are anymore.  Just win some games.

2.  No choice of uniform.  We are green and white with black accents.  You are our employee.  The days of choosing all black, gray or anything else than a majority green and white are done.  The dog wags the tail, not vice versa.

3.  No more senior day for some kid that spent a year here.  If you came here, spent three or more years and have earned your degree, then go right ahead.

4.  Not purchasing any sweatshirt/t-shirt with your name and number so you can cash in.  The days of buying and then looking up to see you playing elsewhere are over.

5.  Done with season tickets.  I will now pick one game a year to make the trip for.  Outside of that, I will watch on television or my computer.

6.  This is now a business agreement between you and me.  You perform as expected and you will get cheered for.  You suck and you will hear it from me.  Represent my university well in all interactions, perform to the best of your abilities on game day, stay out of trouble and be an embarrassment.  You fail on any of these and you get kicked to the curb.

7.  I like Coach Morris and wish him well.

8.  Time for Coach O to earn his keep.  Funny videos on Twitter don't cut it any more.  Do your job, and do it well.  Time to deliver.

It's very sad that it has come to this. It's hard to disagree with.

I see his Twitter handle on many new offers. I think he’s definitely putting in the work.
If this is the new reality of G5’s, then get to work!  I don’t necessarily love this new landscape of college football, but it is what it is.

I used to love college football.  Not anymore.  Not with the same passion.  If these players can just get up and leave for another school for more money, then so be it.  The game has changed (for the worse).  Sorry, but fans can change too.

I like the names on uniforms and everyone does it.

The rest of your complaints I think are valid.  I also agree with your liking Coach Morris and we will soon see if he can find a Defensive Coordinator who can keep them from the bottom of the national list of defense allowed lists.

Driving 300 miles to see our team get hammered is no fun.  I lived in Midland a couple of years and I only went to Homecomings.  I had small kids then and leant to even more problems.
