With SMU leaving I am concerned

The Safeway Bowl isn't a lose-lose when we're beating them. I still want to see us go to Not That Gerald Ford Stadium and put another slobber knocker on them like 43-6 in 2014.

Which is never. They pay players. They probably always have. They are better than us on the football field. Always have been, always will be.

Playing them reminds me of the old adage of, 'It's better to let someone think you are a fool than open your mouth and remove all doubt'. We can let them think they are better and pound their chests, but we have decided over the last decade to home/home them and remove all doubt.

You have too much faith in SMU's ability to not suck over time.

smu is no athletic juggernaut. But they are more athletic than us. Also, UNT players piss down their legs A LOT in this particular game. It's undefinable how or why some of our players play the way they do, specifically in this game.

Have fun being the worst team in your conference. Money can buy your way in with the big boys but not wins! At least you can look forward to making the Bottom 10 each week.

Money can buy players. And players play the game. So, money can buy wins. smu knows it can. They have a long history of doing it.
