@oldguystudent Thanks.  I infer this is "We are selfless, we are tough, we have discipline."  Without the verbs, the consistency doesn't seem necessary to me.  But I was not an ace when it came to my English courses. ;)

The context of "core values" implies that they are nouns. Of course it would make sense if they were all adjectives, but "selflessness, toughness, and discipline" would be the way to do it if not.
