Feel good story regarding UAB Football

Saw this on CNN this morning. I had not seen it mentioned here. Pretty cool story. It just goes to show that having a football program does more than just generate instant revenue. It also creates future opportunity.

A creative AD would jump on this and send the kid a letter from UNT with a bunch of swag, etc. saying it's too bad that he doesn't have that cool dragon to pull for. But in their place, we've got a really cool nick-name for a school (Mean Green) and we'd LOVE to have you root for us, so here's a bunch of stuff...
