Who was playing QB at your first CFB game?
Todd Whitten Before he was hired three times to coach Tarleton State, Whitten led the Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks to a 42-12 drubbing of the Alcorn State Braves on Sept. 28, 1985. He ran for one touchdown and threw for two more, one to future NFL wide receiver Floyd Dixon. After the game I stopped walking back to the dorms and got to first base on a hill near the stadium. She and I never spoke of it again. In hindsight I shouldn't have eaten Corn Nuts at the game. -

Grand Canyon and Seattle to WCC
In the back of my mind whenever I see these types of conference moves, I wonder if the conference is preparing for/expecting one or more current members to leave. -

I'd hate to be responsible for changing the light bulbs! Back on topic, I thought Kansas to the B1G was the talk of the town a couple years ago. -

Kansas to the SEC?
No school is going to willingly leave the SEC. I think the far more likely scenario is schools like Rutgers, Vanderbilt, and Northwestern will be "kicked down" to the ACC while FSU/Clemson go to the Big 10/SEC at some point in the 2030's.
