I'm not sure I follow. Every team Rice has played has given up more than 17, and most of them have still gone to score more than 17 as well. I'll be surprised if we don't score in the 20's, regardless of how many we give up.

If we throw like we did against USM we lose unless the running game works as well as it did against USM.

I was trying to tell y'all all last week... USM is bad. Like, worse than Idaho bad.

You guys shouldn't take the huge boost of confidence from this game that you are. LA Tech and USM are 2 of the 4 worst teams we'll see this year. Rice is not the 4th (ahem: UTEP).
