I missed the Indiana State game due to my step brother's wedding but myself and MeanNGreen89 will be there Wednesday. Who else is in?

This will be my first game back at the stage since the infamous "What is this, the Rotary Club?" game from 1991 back when I was a student.

UTA and UNT had some great games back in the Southland Conference days. Both schools would bring big visiting crowds.

I wonder where Willie Bland and Bobby Kenyon are these days............

GMG!

I called our ticket office and they don't have them. So I call UTA's ticket office and got Angela Martinez' voice mail and left a message. Evidently nothing has changed since 1994? or whenever it was the last time we played there. And just like when your going to the picture show, you gotta show up earlly and wrangle for seats, first come first serve.

I do know there are no reserved seats.

For anyone interested in these sorts of campus things, be sure and drive by the brand new Maverick Activities Center ("the MAC"). This is a facility that is roughly equivalent to your recreation center. The MAC is north of Texas Hall, across from the Architecture Building...on Nedderman Dr., which is the street that runs behind Texas Hall. It's beautiful, and I think you will see why it is considered a "signature" building.

Also, if you are waiting outside the front of Texas Hall (east side) for a few minutes, check-out the small sunken courtyard between Texas Hall and Davis Hall...this would be on the south side of Texas Hall. This was once a non-descript space, but has recently been made into something beautiful. The water feature is quite unique. This sunken courtyard is part of the brand new University Club, which you may be able to see in to. The glasswork inside the University Club is quite spectacular, and is a product of our faculty.
