Louisiana seems to be doing pretty well lately.  I guess they have overcome the test cheating scandal.  Good for them.  Everyone deserves a second chance.

I'll give you guys a little hint, when all those big schools offer and a kid ends up at a LALA type schools, grades/test scores typically are the issue.
