For a third straight year the Mean Green soccer team has won the CUSA regular season title. Is this the part where I assume some big school is gonna come in and steal Hedlund? Or is the part where I kick and scream because KTXA hasn't carried all of their games free of charge?8 points

So who all do we have going for us now? The Von Ericks, Stone Cold, and now The Iron Sheik?6 points

I'm on a baseball visit with my son at FIU this weekend. We walked up yesterday and came upon Mean Green women soccer playing FIU, got to see them winning conference. It was a nice surprise. Wish Mean Green had baseball!5 points

He was here prior to the formation of the 1995 Woman's program. The real question is, why would he leave? He's built a very solid program from the ground up and has job security. That isn't something hat comes around often these days.5 points

I expect us to sell out our allotment of tickets for all Texas school opponents from now on.5 points

I understand no traditional TV. I signed up for CUSA-TV. For $10.95 I can see the balance of the season. In online streaming, that is. beat UTSA GO MEAN GREEN4 points

Please. Give me a gif with Miss Elizabeth, and cut out Trump's brother (I loved that guy, a Brit I believe, but he does look like Trump a little bit). GMG3 points

In this week's GMG Podcast, @Harry and the crew wanted to know what the Org Chart of UNT looked like and who reports where, who is on a level stature-wise, etc. So here you go: I specifically included in here all of the entities relating to UNT Athletics in bold, and then attempted a crack at the AD's org chart. It's inherently murky regarding where any of the old regime stand, but this is accurate as far as I can tell from the Mean Green Sports website. Does this clear things up? EDIT: I totally whiffed on including the Colleges of Education and Engineering as well as the Honors College. Sorry, ya'll. FIXED!2 points

We're about to head to the Alumni Tailgate at the Dahlia Room, then over to the Alamodome. If you haven't met me in person, I'm easy to spot. My hair is a sort of teal mohawk and my girlfriend's hair is a little greener. We're sitting in section 141 at the game.2 points

I NEED YOUTUBE TO BE UPDATED!!!! WANT TO SEE BEFORE THE GAME!!!!! @Evan @BeyondTheGreen!!!????!?!?!?!?!??!?! ANYONE!?!?!2 points

That would be much more likely. CFO's are rarely in charge of revenue production. They tend to make sure revenues are utilized properly and accounted for appropriately...not in bringing in the revenue. However, folks can set up their org charts any way they wish. Just would seem odd to have a CFO out hustling revenue.2 points

DRC: Woodworth didn't blink when UNT moved him from backup guard to left tackle in his first season on the field http://www.dentonrc.com/sports/sports-headlines/20161027-move-to-tackle-benefits-woodworth-unt-offense.ece2 points

UTSA royally f'ed our shot at a Conference Title in our first ever bout with them. And ever since we absolutely despise losing to them. If those aren't the near-perfect terms to years later realize the inception of a rivalry, I don't know what else we would have going for us.2 points

The Army game was shown on the Armed Forces Network (AFN). It was televised around the world (every base, ships at sea, maybe even Antarctica) as it happened! Imagine a national versus a regional audience. The Mean Green acquitted themselves well and Army was a classy and worthy opponent.2 points

Gliffy - and my quick and dirty way around their free trial. Ah shit, you're totally correct. I was quickly working through the main UNT website for such and totally glossed over them.2 points

Per Conference USA rules, for conference games, visiting teams are required to complete travel the day before a game is being played unless they receive approval from C-USA prior to the day before the game is played.2 points

I like it. It gives both fan bases a short drive and I got my butt grabbed at one of the Apogee tailgates so that was nice. The other 20 fans ;) I think do want it to continue. You misspelled M-E-T-H and yes.2 points

If the players look at them as a rival who are we to say that they are not?2 points

Maybe my favorite episode of the season. Really focused on allowing us to see the coaches plying their craft - both preparing for the game and interacting with the players. I continue to grow in appreciation for the staff Littrell put together and this episode does a great job of highlighting them.1 point

This shows further that the best players will be on the field regardless of class or previous spot on the depth chart. If you work hard on and off the field you can get PT here. Recruits will love that.1 point

I would buy season tickets just to watch Jeremy no matter who the coach is or what our record is. Ricky is fun to watch as well.1 point

Number 7 had a solid 8 to 9 inches on him! I was surprised they didn't go to him more, but I agree Jenkins really stepped it up. I would love to have a 6'7" target for Fine to throw too.1 point
