Let's try and learn more about the new C-USA opponent team mascots we will face this season and a future. I'll start this off with UTSA's:

I'm reminded of Burger King's (no, not KFC) "The Subservient Chicken"...

1) What is the basis for all the KFC jokes, are they obsessed with chicken or are they saying the mascot looks like a chicken?

When we play at UTSA next year, don't worry about buying tickets. Just go to San Antonio, get you a big ole bucket of KFC, dig to the bottom...wala!!!... free admission.

Really?! That's actually pretty smart if you're trying to fill a stadium for a couple of years...if you're serious. Kinda weird, but kinda brilliant. Especially if it gets enough people to form a "habit" of going to games. And if you weren't using the seats anyway...you didn't really lose anything other than the cost of printing something and paying KFC to put it in there. Better in the long run to actually be able to sell tickets...but until that time comes, get butts in the seats.
