Probably his administrative assistant. That would be common practice for someone in his position in the commercial world. Someone has to direct traffic for him because I suspect he gets more email and phone calls than any one human could possibly handle.

A very nice lady who works as RV's (and I assume TD's) Admin. Ass't. She has always been very kind to me when I have called asking to speak with RV or anyone else in the dept. Be nice to her!!!! In fact, if you email RV or TD, be professional and send an email you would not mind your mother seeing or anyone on Facebook, etc. Not saying your email will end up anywhere you do not want it to go, just cautioning folks to be professional and leave out the "emotional" stuff and any "stuff" you feel you must unload. Think FIRST...Think SECOND...Think THIRD, then compose your email if you must.

GO MEAN GREEN....

Exactly. Follow these easy steps...

1)Sit down to write your email

2)Call a timeout

3)Change your mind and sit down to write a letter instead

4)Call a timeout

5)Sit down to write your email

6)Have it blocked by a firewall

A firewall that you know the email probably won't make it past, but you go ahead and send it anyways.
