I've had "nose-roids" before but not like that. You would think it would not be possible since that is a lot of flesh to go through. The body usually dissolves it when it is ingrown like that .

When I was 17, I found a hair growing out the bottom of my foot. It was a good inch and a half long. Weird stuff.

True story , my dad had a hair that grew through his left eyeball. Nastiest thing I have ever seen.

No it's true. I know it sounds far fetched and I didn't believe it until I heard it from the doctor himself , but it did happen.
