Very good stuff. This is kind of the norm for a lot of programs. We absolutely need to be doing every little free/inexpensive thing like this for every recruit. The big programs do 1000 little things like this for each and every recruit. It's the little things that matter. Details, pay attention to them.

I think this is the 2016 version of cheesy. Just like I thought these were cheesy back then. It's just on a mass scale now because social media. It's not a UNT thing either. Just 2016 cheese.

In 7th grade we had a coach who always dressed the same every day.  Red coaching shorts, white polo shirt, a whistle around his neck, and a red sun visor.  Every. Single. Day.  100 degress? That outfit.  30 degrees? That outfit with long socks.

That Aikman joint is still the most badass football poster of all time. I had mine laminated so it would last forever.
