DT was really solid for us and he'll always be remembered because as a whole the team had a great year in 2013 and we won a bowl game. But he also had some bad Derek moments. In this day and age with how offense has evolved and how good QB's have become running a passing offense, I don't think there's any reason a D1 school especially in Texas can't recruit AT LEAST one pretty decent QB that can throw the ball and have some kind of QB presence. I'm sure Greer is a great kid but he was just awful last night.

Now, right here is a pretty decent quarterback with some presence, leading his team to a 7-41 loss...on a Texas DI school. Crazy, man, crazy:

He even got one of those white, bike riding Mormons befuddlin' him! Crisis! Crisis!

(Man, look at the leg muscles on that pedal-pushing Mormon! We got to start sending our recruits to Fiji and Samoa for two years to get us some of that Texas DI QB calf roping hoo-doo goin' on! Yeee-haw!)
