Goree and Rutherford Carthage game update

UIL politicking. It happens a lot with schools who see the opportunity to dominate in one division or another... going as far as wanting to fudge attendance numbers and change classifications, etc.

God, I hate cheaters. If you can't win by the rules then you're a f-ing loser, and when you're outed for cheating then everybody knows it so why bother cheating? Isn't that part of what makes humanity great...I mean, if you aren't good enough to win, then you work harder so that you can? And I'm not using "loser" in the "nanananabooboo" teasing way if you couldn't tell, I mean literally. Motivation, drive, determination, hard work...these are the things that elevate you, not finding ways around the rules. If you aren't good enough to win, then develop to the level where you can.

Someone had better be in constant contact with these guys and assuring them that our offensive scheme will not only be (in the recent words of coach Mac) "run the rock, run the rock". Because TCU has just jazzed up their offensive scheme with the hiring of a new OC.

...and it's already gotten the attention of one recruit....

I agree. Bringing in 4 potential studs at receiver this class, you have to hope we utilize that strength should it become one. Although we did have 3 receivers top the 500 yard mark this season, so they should know that we will get them the ball if they can make plays.

Fonzale and Tee will be huge for us and should see significant playing time as Freshman. I think we might see less of Rutherford, but he should be able to help us in the red zone with his height. Does anyone know if he plays basketball for Carthage as well?

Those three along with Kidsy make for a good young WR corps.

Under Frank Wintrich, I see Rutherford as possible the next Moss.

You know, some come on this forum just to talk about UNT sports, get information, and throw out their own hot air opinions (that would be me). Others come on to this forum and actual contribute valuable information about this program and help promote this program.

Young BillySee58 is definitely in the later category. A very fine addition to the Mean Green Nation.

I totally agree with that.
