Bonfire

I will have my 4-year old in tow with me tongiht and I am looking at taking him up to the bonfire tonight. It shows on the unt.edu website that the Bonfire and Yell starts at 8:15. Is that when the bonfire will be lit--at 8:15? Or is the expected lighting supposed to be earlier/later? Anyone who has any knowledge of this, I would appreciate your feedback. As you can imagine, getting an accurate time is of great importance when dealing with a 4-year old boy!! Thanks in advance!!

im doing a yell like hell with one of the dorms...and i was told that starts around 7 pm....the actual bonfire lighting doesn't start till around 8 or so.

I hope someone is going to take some QUALITY video to post...also needs to go on youtube!!

Had a great time last night. Several thousand folks showed up. The students were really "fired" up. I really liked the homecoming t shirt this year. Gets better and better every year. The school needs to promote Bonfire more in it's ads and commercials. It adds uniquenesss to our campus as I don't believe any of the other competing universities nearby still do one.
