FAU will get top 25 votes. You think  the coaches are idiots, too?

Never called anyone an idiot, that is your imagination.

SL is going nowhere.  We are being dominated in all 3 phases.

And GH is here as long as we want too.  The real offensive "geniuses" are standing on FAU's sideline.

Not sure of your angle...If anyone critics this staff you tell us we are crazy and that we have no idea what we're talking about. When we're winning you tell us that, "we're winning."

I'll type slowly so you can follow.

SL and this staff are doing great things relative to where we were a very short time ago.  A win is a win is a win...because we would have lost 100% of the close games under McCarney.  The arrow is pointed up.

With all of that said, NOBODY is going to knock down our doors trying to take a coach who has us pointed in the right direction, but unable to win against equal to better talent.  And NOBODY is going to look at Harrell's vanilla game plan and think "there's the missing ingredient."

I have said since the beginning that the "we are gonna lose our coach" talk was silly...today.

He’s had time on some and he’s been dropped immediately on some it’s about 50/50.  Tough when a sophomore realizes he has to try and do something miraculous on every possession before halfway through the 1st quarter.

And this 100% on game planning. Nothing more.

We had it on both ends but S. doesn't get any game time. And when he does he is not allowed to throw the ball....just hand it off.

That wasn’t a rhythm pass that he needed playing time to pull off.... That was a trick play that they run in practice for just that situation.

Love the kid all you want...He missed it badly.

No excuses needed on that one

Not to put too much on the career backup because no one else made much happen but.... Connecting on that easy toss could have halted some momentum.  It was the perfect microseism of the entire day.

Perfect playcall at the perfect time, & like you’re saying it was most-definitely practiced... a lot, and likely executed well.  Silver’s favorite player just missed when it was his time to shine.

Then you missed the fact he had to throw it around/over a man who was coming at him on the pass..

Seth Littrell has done some really fine things here. He’s turned us into a winner in just two years removed from being the worst FBS team in the country.

But many of us recognized that this schedule was the easiest we have played in decades, that 6 wins should have been expected. Those close victories were fun to enjoy and showed us that Fine has the IT factor, but we beat UAB, UTSA, ODU, LT, and Army by the skin of our teeth. We killed FCS Lamar, as well as two teams that were among the absolute worst in FBS in UTEP and Rice. Our best win was beating USM on the road fairly comfortably, but again, they aren’t great this year, either. When we played the two good G5 teams on our schedule, we got simply murdered by SMU and FAU. That alone should tell you that Seth Littrell isn’t getting any calls to be the head coach anywhere above our place on the FBS totem pole anytime soon. He’s gonna have to duplicate this past season a couple of times to really impress the ADs at any decent program in the country. Not saying it won’t happen, but SL benefitted greatly by the schedule we got for 2017. And 2018 looks like it will be very similar in quality of competition.

Crazy, I’ve been saying it for a while now the same thing about just getting by.. let’s just hope this getting by translate into winning by 17+ next year..
