We get our first taste of the Littrell era recruiting mantra:

Most importantly he will be here for Spring Practice. I cannot tell you HOW IMPORTANT being here for Spring Practice is. Nice pickup by Seth and the staff. Maybe slot him into Banogu's place.

Big pickup for Littrell and his staff. Looks like we were able to flip him from East Carolina. He also had offers from Georgia State, Iowa State, Nevada, Southern Miss, and nUTSAck. He will be here for Spring Practice and will fill a need created by Banogu's graduation.

 

ETA: Looks like the staff recruited him for Guard/Center

Yep, knew that from Chico pointing recruits his way.

I personally knew that Perry and his family really wanted to stay in Denton, and so this news makes me happy. These two have proven their worth. Now let's hope their efforts get plugged into a much better system and pay off way better dividends.
