  1. I'm not sure, but his momma inspired him to see that Bangers and Mash got added to the cafeteria menu. Another strange thing...he is the only guy on the staff that drives a Tardis.

  3. Agreed. We've had a view around here we've thought of as "recruiting gurus" who have brought good insight to the board, but none have had the inside track and insight he does.

  4. Great job with the podcast guys. Really enjoyed it. @TheReal_jayD does a great job following recruiting for us. Much appreciated!

  5. We can interview the coaches and it in the works. But can't ask about any recruits until they are signed.

  6. Good stuff! An idea, and not sure how it would work as far as recruiting violations, but maybe reach out to the HC or position coach of X commit and doing a little 2 or 3 question interview on said commit. Maybe do the recorded interview and create an edit and bunch them into a podcast special. Go live with you and JayD and play the pre-recorded interview after a live synopsis by you guys.

  7. Trevor was a once-in-a-blue-moon kind of player and leaves big shoes to fill. From all I have read since Cole announced his transfer, he has the potential to step into those shoes. Lets get behind him. Would it be against NCAA rules for us to fund for Cole the same icewater IVs Trevor used?

  8. My daughter is about to be a sophomore in high school and college coaches can't talk to her until September 1 of their junior year. The only exception is to invite kids to summer camps or gather information. It seems this would be an easy rule to add for football. Edit: I failed to mention my daughter plays basketball.

  9. Man.....I can't help but think if this is '02-'03 defense...this could be a 10 to 12 win team. (Its beer thirty on a Friday night so take that for what it's worth.) Rick

  12. Check that math. We GAVE UP an average of 49 points in those losses, not lost by. And for the record, I could cherry pick five OU games where they gave up an average of 44 points a game. Our defense needs to get better but not necessarily light years better.

  19. While we may deserve this ranking I do look At it as THE Crossover. I was sitting in a Coffee shop in Brisbane listening to this game thinking, “This team is sending the strongest possible message I’ve ever seeing a team send.” Definitely at my alma Mater and one of the strongest ever in college sports. I thought, “here comes change.” I was numb but secretly excited change was coming. I would never predicted the change and dominos that were about to unfold leading to the Rise of the Mean Green. Otherr embarrassing games to me on the college front was last years tamu vs UCLA game. I root for the Aggies too, and felt their anger that night. To me that was their Portland state game that led to regime change in college station. Go Mean Green!!!!!

  20. We would win the conference, hands down, with that defensive unit. Even FAU wouldn’t handle that defense very easily. Our pass rush, run defense, and secondary were the best I’ve ever seen us roll out in my 30 years of UNT fandom.

  23. All of this. It was the most embarrassing thing I have ever seen on a football field. Anyone that has never seen the game, and has a few hours to kill, should check it out on Youtube. If OU would have done this to Kansas it would be different, but this was A&M.

  25. That was topped by the meltdown in the Rose Bowl last year. There have been many games too numerous to mention that come to mind that are far worse than getting killed by OU. Some that I witnessed : 2008 vs Arkie St at Kyle Field. 2004 Vs Baylor at the Case. Hadn't lost to them 18 years previously. 1996 vs U La La at Kyle Field. 1991 vs Tulsa. The worst ones were any time A&M played Texas Tech from 1995 to 2008. 11-3 TTshirts.

  28. Yeah.....I bet you have a hard time sleeping at night, what with all the "bullying" going on? Griffin's Trump decapitation photo. Snoop Dog shooting Trump in a rap video. "I'd like to bomb the whitehouse"-Madonna New York City's Public Theater during their Shakespear in the Park....stabs Trump to death during performance of Julius Caeser. Peter Fonda suggesting Trump's son Barron be kidnapped and caged with pedophiles. Maxine Waters calls for physical confrontation against the Trump administration. ....and on and on. Rick

  29. conspiracy theories borne from nothing but his skin color and funny name, not a history of bankruptcies, failed businesses and a penchant for inflating considerably his personal wealth. not to mention it has been a, usually as little more than placating window-dressing, a concession made by all presidential candidates for 50 years. but ok. I found an article dated 4/27/2011 entitled "Obama releases long-form birth certificate"...assuming that is the correct date, by my math that is 807 days into his presidency. it is day 537 of the Trump presidency, so he has 270 days to square things and you get to maintain intellectual consistency. I'll be sure to set an alert

  30. You are high as a kite. Illegals pay more in taxes than they get out. They go to the neighborhood schools, where they live, where they pay rent that pays taxes that pays for their schools. They use fake social security numbers to work in kitchens that gets federal taxes and social security pulled out -- which they never get a refund OR get to use the social security benefits. When they lose their jobs, they don't get to file unemployment. They do NOT get free healthcare or food stamps. Just read about it: https://www.vox.com/2018/4/13/17229018/undocumented-immigrants-pay-taxes "The best estimates come from research by the Institute of Taxation and Economic Policy, a Washington, DC, think tank, which suggests that about half of undocumented workers in the United States file income tax returns. The most recent IRS data, from 2015, shows that the agency received 4.4 million income tax returns from workers who don’t have Social Security numbers, which includes a large number of undocumented immigrants. That year, they paid $23.6 billion in income taxes." It is a well known statistic. Being concerned about something you care about is no reason to just make up worries and blame some population. The reason the reservoirs are low is because we never build any new ones to keep up with the size of the metroplex. It is that simple. It is hard to get the public opinion on the side of common sense that allows us to build large public infrastructure projects. Instead, we over build, over destroy plant life for tract housing, create runoff that leads to flooding and there is NO space in the reservoirs to hold the excess run off.. We could save that water and use it over time. Instead, we just keep draining Lake Lewisville to water our green lawns... and for you to blame Mexicans. You clearly don't understand the sacrifices that families make to send their children across the earth to try and find a better, non-violent life. You think people are used as pawns to make minimum wage here in South Dallas.. living in barely above poverty levels.. in pretty terrible school districts. Yes, that is living a true dream. They are stealing that life from Americans.

  32. Good catch, I missed my proof reading on a cell phone. I did mean Melania, the first lady. I don't know who Malania is though.. I was definitely NOT talking about her. I am talking about the one who lied on her first lady bio about graduating from Slovenia University with a design degree, but then changed it to read she paused her studies. I am talking about the Yugoslavian resident who was living in the US permanently on a tourist visa and taking modeling jobs illegally. Illegally working here and stealing jobs from Americans should have voided her legal path to citizenship. She has not shown any documentation to prove otherwise... But really, should she have to? It's absurd, no? Much like you saying he didn't provided ANYTHING for three years -- when he clearly and factually provided his short form birth certificate BEFORE he was elected. Which, by the way, proof of live birth forms are completely legal proof of birth and citizenship. That's how I got my passport and my two sons. So, you should re-check your honesty about this and stop blaming Obama for looney conspiracies based on his middle name, nationality of his father and his blackness.

  34. Yes, Rivals rating system still exists. They have us 51st nationally in spite of not giving 3-star ratings to 3 or 4 of our recruits. I don't understand why their rank is not included in the 247 composite some of the time. What concerns me is Scout. It appears that if the third rating of the composite is blank, that's because they do not have the Scout rating.

  38. That's correct especially as they differ. Illegal entry is a federal misdemeanor, punishable by a $50 fine and as much as 6 months in jail.. Illegal re-entry is a federal felony punishable by as much as 2 years in jail and a $250 fine. And if any additional criminal history exists then the felony punishment increases.. And no one is getting their kids taken from them for illegal entry unless officials find that the adults are falsely claiming to be the child's parent, or is a threat to the child, or is placed into criminal proceedings for such things as mentioned above. Apparently the fact that immigrants, even those with a criminal past are stooping to the low point of using other people's kids to enter/re-enter is beyond the left's comprehension as it over reacts with emotion and irrational parallels like "taking my sons from my arms because I step off a curb in Highland Park?".. She could have even been thinking of The Donald's great hairdo when she took that photo with him. Who really knows for sure? Here's a meme that I know Sam Kinison did not actually say but it also makes me laugh. Rick

An article in our local paper (AP news) this week stated of those 200 or so at Tornillo ... only 3 of the 200+ are from Mexico. They are from Central America and mostly Guatemala where gangs are terrible. Go after them and it it will greatly decrease. As drug use has increased .. so has the border problem..

"If you like your doctor/health plan...you can keep your doctor/health plan"?...or...."there was a violent protest outside of our embassy– –sparked by this hateful video."? But not a word from you about that kind of lying? Why is that? Rick

  43. To add to Rick's statement, These countries only comprise of 8% of the world's Muslim population. If Trump was trying to actually ban Muslims, he's doing a real bad job of it.

  44. Nah, you do it to yourself,...just like ScreamingEagle66 always does, stretching one thing from another based on leftist emotion instead of facts and logic. The Trump travel ban doesn't ban Muslims or Buddhist. It upholds and enforces visa application requirements from Syria, Sudan, Somalia, Libya, Iran and Yemen in an attempt to keep our country safer.
