SMU is a fine institution as is UNT, UTD, TCU, UTA etc. They have good programs including their business school. While their MBA is really good I can't say I'd ever be willing to do it there at that cost.

None of this really matters however. I don't get why so many are concerned with what they do or don't do. IMO I think they have to set realistic expectations. Instead of taking about competing with the likes of B12 schools athletically their bar must be lower and master that first before they can think about that next level. That's what I believe some of their fans are still really delusional about.
