Michael Boyston 6-4 250 4.8 (who has been out of football this year), may rejoin TD at North Texas. Boyston was 1st Team 5-A All-State DE and First Team All-Area Dallas. His senior year (2005), he had 55 tackles, including 48 solo, 8 tackles for a loss, 10 sacks and 1 int. He reportedly has been attending Tech as a student, but may come to Denton.

Was he playing under TD at SLC? Why was he out of football for a year?

Yes. He played for Todd Dodge at SLC. Don't know why he is out of football. Maybe he didn't get an offer from a school he really liked and didn't want to walk-on. Maybe he just wanted a break. Maybe, some SLC fans could enlighten us.
