  1. It’s a bad sports day when we have to tell ourselves this. It’s true, though.
  2. Success running the ball=pass three plays in a row.
  3. On another note, is that Portland State coach their interim? That's what I heard. Also, fire everyone.
  4. The topic in the stands was "is this worse than the Dodge era?" The consensus was "yes".
  5. I like the idea of wearing black. Simple and (hopefully) obvious.
  6. My best guess is yes. It didn't look too bad last I saw, but that was around 10:30am. I realize this isn't that helpful.
  7. The D and the running game will keep us going until (hopefully) the passing game develops into a threat. Greer had some flashes but his best pass was negated by a penalty. It's just nice to sit back and enjoy an smu beatdown.
  8. Where are you watching the game? I'm probably heading up to Last Drop Tavern in Denton.
  9. Several big drops. A Brelan 3rd down drop and a Jimmerson TD drop were both huge.
  10. As frustrating as DT was today, it could be worse. We all thought it would be bigger better things after Scott Hall left.
  11. "I had a dream that a hamburger was eating me!" -Jerry Seinfeld
  12. If I decide to drink, I'm leaning toward the Sierra Nevada Tumbler. One of my favorite Autumn beers.
  13. Always heard rave reviews but I've never found it in the DFW area.
  14. It's afternoon, so I've moved on to a Hobgoblin English Ale to get ready for tonight.
  15. To all those interested, he's now on twitter. @DanMcCarney
  16. This may have been addressed before but every variation of smu's uni's look better than ours. Will this change?
  17. The response would be "who's June Jones?"
  18. And by from the outside I mean someone not on these boards and not a football fan. Saw this on facebook and twitter today from ThinkDenton. "Despite looming budget cuts, ever-increasing tuition, and a struggling economy, UNT commits over 500K a year for a new coach to head a money losing football program, furthering their commitment to 'the power of ideas'."
