It all lies squarely on the shoulders of RV, a bunch of couches, and the refusal of the band to wear full uniforms in the summer. Fix those things, throw in a few thousand buckets of KFC, and our problems are solved.

Agreed I've never seen a uniform win a game, but I also tire of seeing a band without uniforms. What they wear is befitting of a junior high band.

And at the same time, North Texas has increased attendance from 16956 (2008) to 21030 (2014).

That's a 24% increase while others are watching their attendance decrease.

Further, we have only had 1 winning season in that stretch.

A new football stadium gets all of the credit for the attendance growth at North Texas. We keep getting beat like we have all 3 times this year expect our attendance numbers to start falling.

There was a buzz about Dodge the first year and we brought in some non-conference opponents that would bring fan bases (Navy, Army, Kansas State - heck Rice and Tulsa brought some good crowds). I think that helped the Fouts numbers a lot.
