SMU Fans: "NTSUs QBs are [deleted] horrible"

It really bothers me that DW, as a true freshman nearly beat out DT, our future HOF quarterback. Fast forward one year- he is now a 3rd string quarterback, backing up a guy that he beat last year (little mac).

This is what bothers me. We seem to be undeveloping QBs around here.

Troublesome.

How many yards does SMU gain tomorrow against a truely ranked team(10th) with an established coach who hasn't had to run off 10-12 of his players the past three months?

Rick

Darn, if only our offense against UT could have been as good as SMU against Baylor. I want to be just like them.

That didn't happen with DT; whatever you think of him, he was much better his Senior season than before. Also Mini Mac hasn't gotten worse, and we just got Greer.

So, this is all based on one redshirt freshman who hasn't played yet? A guy who is a new father and so has a lot of other things on his mind.

Breathe, 90 we are going to be okay.

Glowing reports by Mac on Brock Berglund his redshirt year and Berglund wins scout team player of the year, or whatever it is called for whatever that is worth. Can't get past 4th team QB when he has a chance to compete. And Berglund was a highly rated recruit.

DW almost beats out DT (again, per coach Mac), is running 2nd team to start his true freshman season.but then he vanishes into thin air when DT graduates.

It is concerning, if not from a talent evaluation perspective, then from a personality evaluation perspective.

I see people say "we are going to be ok" when there is absolutely no evidence that we will be. Crazy. Hopefully that evidence comes on Sept 6th.
