Micah Mosley Update

Micah Mosley, RB, Nederland, North Texas – Will graduate from North Texas in May with a degree in mechanical engineering. After that, he will begin his career with ISP in Beaumont as an engineer. He is now the son-in-law of his high school coach, Larry Neumann. Mosley was on the team four years at North Texas but was hindered by injuries much of his college career, including a foot injury that kept him from playing his senior year. His best season, stat-wise, was his freshman year, in which he rushed for 461 yards on 94 carries with five touchdowns.

Congrats, Micah. The Mean green nation will miss the opportunity of seeing you play. Sorry about the injuries, but you handled it like a professional....hope to see you back at UNT for some games this fall.

Hats off to Nederland's son, Micah Moseley, who was awarded a scholarship to UNT, played some very good football before injuries got the best of him, and most importantly, earned a college degree. Congratulations Micah!

Wow, that's not just any college degree. You don't hear too often of kids weathering the rigors of FBS football and coming out with engineering degrees. Both of those take a LOT of time and determination.
