No kidding. I dont get it though. You step on a dogs tail, DURING a run. So in defense, it snaps at you. You quarantine the dog for this? Im sure the dog is not vicious, just had a reaction to somone putting 200 pounds of pressure on it's tail. Aggie thinking...I dont get it.

I don't get it either. It doesn't take a pet psychic to know that if you drop your booted foot on a dog's tail that hard, it's gonna snap at you. Freaking, freaking stupid. I hope they don't have a veterinary medicine school there.
