If you ask me, it is because he saw them giving minutes to Sissoku and saw the writing on the wall.  Sorry, but when you hide the information from the fans you get speculation.  They always knew he was going portal and threw up a smokescreen.

That's OK. The team didn't need that type of distraction during the tournament.

Agreed. I must say that I was really disappointed in how he handled Sissoko’s development. I do appreciate how he and the program kept it from being a distraction.

Players transfer all the time for a variety of reasons. I’m assuming best intentions unless I have reason to believe otherwise.  Wish him the best.

He was kind of soft anyway. Loved to miss an easy layup and we can clearly win without him. It'll be fine. Good luck to him.
