Sounds like a very strange signing to me by Stephens, who I had hoped would be a great recruiter. A 5'8" outside shooter who only averaged 8 points does not exactly sound like a recruiting gem. She also was held scoreless in the Colorado state high school championship. By the way I doubt her Colorado team would be in the top twenty in Texas. There is hopefully a lot of intangibles she has that are not showing up in the stats.

This is a specialty signing...the girls need a perimeter sniper and Caitlyn fills that void...ala Natalie Morales.

Yeah, I was a little confused by the "lights out shooter" who averaged 8 pts a game??? Then again it seems most girls HS games end up in the 30's and 40's.

I like what Shanice did in the first season, and I think with getting some good recruits in here, which she seems to be fairly good at, could really become fun watching her teams.
